All plans include consultation with a physician and pricing may vary based on dosing requirement. Most plans require a 3 month commitment.  Some plans include interim check in visits, follow up with physician and basic labs.  Nutritional education is also offered for additional fee to help transition off of therapy once you've achieved your weight loss goals.  Pricing below only for initial dosing.  There are no refunds on prescriptive packages.
